Doll House: Laurel Town House in Bronkhorstspruit, Gauteng for sale

This Doll House is available as a ?Kit? only and can be assembled without the use of any glue.
The only parts that need gluing are window and door frames (for the unfinished kit).
It will be cut out of MDF (medium density fiberboard) 3mm for the small scale and 6mm for the large scale.
Options available:
Finished Kit (painted according to customers colour scheme with window and door frames fitted)
Unfinished Kit (customer responsible for painting and attaching (gluing) of window and door frames
Small scale Doll House (3mm MDF)
Large scale Doll House (6mm MDF)
The approximate sizes of the finished Doll House are as follows:
Small scale: Width: 660 mm; Depth: 336 mm; Height: 480 mm
Large scale: Width: 1,320 mm; Depth: 700 mm; Height: 932 mm
Shipping: The Doll House Kit will be shipped via Hand-to-Hand Courier of the customer?s choice.
